Data Loss Event

We represented a healthcare technology company against a customer’s claims of a data loss event. The customer alleged that our client and its software/technology were the cause of the data loss, and asserted significant damages claims. We conducted an extensive investigation of the client’s technology and pertinent personnel, as well as targeted discovery of the customers’ claims. The case was resolved successfully before trial after we were able to obtain dismissal of several of the customer’s key claims for damages.
